On November the 9th, 2020, I ran a YouTube show entitled ‘The Blues Hour’. It was by request and the object was to show the Blues influence in what I do. The show proved to be very popular and a large number of people asked for a hard copy of the music and chat. This is the downloadable version. I’ve edited the songs in order and separated the chat element out so that you can listen to the music uninterrupted by my ramblings.

You can subsequently choose, or indeed, choose not to listen to the talking element. The playout track (11) and the chat are free to download.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it. It is also an acknowledgement to the album I learned to play guitar by, Davy Grahams ‘Folk Blues and Beyond’ which continues to enthral me even to this day. Phil
